St. Patrick’s Day Bottle of Rainbow Goodies
I like to celebrate the smaller holidays. I think it’s because when bigger holidays like Christmas come around, I’m so behind on my craft making that small gifts like these never get done. Ha!
So, Happy St. Patrick’s Day it is! Plus, most people don’t do gifts for the little holidays so it makes you look extra thoughtful. #winning 🙂
I made these for my kids teachers, family, and friends. I ordered all of my supplies from Oriental Trading. Here’s what I used:
- Clear Milk Bottles
- Caramel Chocolate Balls
- Gold Rolled Jewels
- Green and Gold Shamrock Charms
- Gold Faux Leather
- Gold Baker’s Twine
Out of these supplies I was able to put together 12 of the milk bottles as well as 20 cello treat bags with some of the chocolates left over. I made the treat bags for my kids to hand out to their friends.
The caramel chocolate balls are huge. They taste like extra creamy Rolos (I love Rolos). No complaints here that there were leftovers.
On a different note…
You may have noticed lately that the blog is looking very…default. We are still working on a new theme since our old themed crashed and burned. I promise it’ll be up and looking fabulous again in the next week or two, then I’ll be back to posting on a regular basis. Thanks for hanging in there!
